About Ken

Licensed Oregon broker since 1993. Specializing in Commercial and Investment real estate. Ken has been a managing principal broker for 23 years. 

As a lifelong resident of Salem, I’ve built a long history of experience and knowledge of business in the Willamette Valley. As the owner of Kits Cameras in the 1980’s I was an active participant in Rotary, Salem Parking Board, Pringle Creek Watershed Council, Habitat for Humanity and Active Business Promoters. In 1993 I started in real estate. I became a Principal Broker 3 years later and a Designated Managing Broker for Prudential Real Estate Professionals in 1998. Managing the Stayton office and technology for Real Estate Professionals initially but the changing nature of real estate I shifted to the Salem Office and became the Principal Managing Broker of the Commercial Division of Prudential Real Estate Professionals. As a Principal Broker I have reviewed literally thousands of real estate transactions. I became the Director of Technology for Prudential Real Estate Professionals in 2002. When the company was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway, and HomeServices of America I have also been a member of their Cyber Security steering committee.
